Ken is in charge of Business Intelligence. He provides a wealth of knowledge in business , organizational, and competitive intelligence. Ken has more than 25 years of global Human Resource executive leadership as an employee of Fortune 500 multinationals. He has worked with clients such as Yates Petroleum Company, Wells Fargo & Co., Goldman Sachs, Fannie Mae, IBM, Marriott, and Alcon Laboratories, Inc. As a pioneer in the art of utilizing organizational and competitive intelligence research. Ken is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a B.A. in Sociology and has attended various university executive programs including the University of Michigan’s Advanced Professional Development for Human Resource Executives. His professional affiliations have included membership in the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR), the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).
