JosepJOSEP PHD – SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT

Josep has been a consultant for UNESCO, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, the government of Mexico, the government of Catalonia (Spain) and many other international organizations. He was the Founder and Director of the Communication and Development Studies program at Ohio University. He is also de Former director of the Latin American Studies Program and member of the Center for Political Communication.  The author of approximately 150 scholarly papers and publications. Most of his research has dealt with issues like the communication and national development; international communication, communication and cultural identity; uses and effects of mass communication among other topics. Josep’s wealth of knowledge and practical approach to communications make him a a leader in his field. Ph.D. and a M.A. from Michigan State University; B.A. from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico.
